How long do the lights last?
Our lighting systems are designed for longevity, with an expected minimum lifespan of 100,000 hours of operation. This equates to approximately 22 years of nightly use, assuming 12 hours of illumination per night.
Can I choose the color of each individual light?
Absolutely. Our lighting system offers full customization for each individual light through our user-friendly smartphone application, allowing you to create your desired ambiance.
Can I paint the channel?
Certainly. The channel of our lighting system can be safely painted to match your structure's exterior. We recommend applying masking tape over the channel lens before painting to protect it.
What happens when the lights burn out?
Unlike traditional incandescent bulbs, LED lights do not 'burn out'. However, after approximately 100,000 hours of use, you may notice a gradual degradation in color quality.
Are these lights energy efficient?
Indeed, they are. Our LED lighting systems consume approximately 80% less energy compared to conventional lighting options, making them a highly energy-efficient choice.
If one light goes out, do I have to replace all of them?
No, that's not necessary. Each light in our system operates independently. In the event of a malfunction, you can simply replace the affected light without disturbing the others.
Can I start with a smaller section and add lights in later?
Certainly. Our lighting system features a modular design, allowing for easy expansion or reduction at any time to suit your changing needs.
What happens if the lights get wet?
Our lights are engineered to withstand water exposure. They carry an IP68 rating, which means they can be fully submerged without damage. We've even tested their durability by freezing them in ice.
Do the lights require maintenance?
When properly installed, our lighting systems are designed to function independently for many years without requiring regular maintenance.
